I’m late in sending this “thank you” note, but the sentiments-especially during this holiday season are still fresh in my mind!
I’m guessing that many times, the only time you may hear from customers is when there is a complaint or problem? But, actually, since I was “lucky” enough to need your services TWICE in a 6-day period–maybe you receive “appreciation” notes like this all the time?
I didn’t want these instances to go unnoticed and unrecognized so PLEASE extend my heartfelt THANKS & APPRECIATION also to Donna,Brien,Nathan and Mike!
Their professionalism and speedy efforts were such a breath of fresh air – and much needed – as I hyperventilated over my “blown out” back windows!!

Refreshing to do business with folks who “get it”.
2 years ago Deals replaced our windshield..recently we noticed wet carpets and assumed a seal or something had come loose. The young man came to our house,performed the water test,fixed the problem…courteous,thorough and on time.
However, it wasn’t even because of the windshield, and you fixed it at no charge.
So..next time one of my four cars needs window work, you can bet that Deals will be doing the job.

I had my windshield replaced in my 1999 Cadillac Deville. I am very particuler about my car, I am an autoglass installer from detroit michigan.so i know all about autoglass installation procedures, I would of done it myself but I only had a one hundred deductible. so I let the insurance company pay for it.
So when my Cadillac’s windshield was damaged I was hellbent to find the best autoglass installer in the triad area so I did some investigating and found “DEALS GLASS” so when I called deals to have the work done. The phone rang, an actual person picked up and was very friendly! She was very knowledgeable about the part for my car and new all about the insurance procedures she had me taken care of in about 4 minutes she also saved me fifty bucks on my deductible.
So the next day the mechanic called me first thing in the morning to let me know that he would be at my house between 2 and 4pm he was here at 2:15 I didn’t tell him that I was a professional auto glass installer from Detroit. First thing I noticed was that all his tools were organized and he was using all the best tools for extracting windshields, his van was very clean and professional he had a very good attitude. He used the best urethane and also used primer on my pinchweld so the the pinchweld wouldn’t rust which leads to a windshield leak, lets face it nobody wants a leaky windshield.
He had my windshield done in less than an hour and gave me a life time warranty on my windshield for leaking. After watching him install it I knew it wouldn’t leak. So it was at that moment that I knew I found the best installer and he works at Deals Glass. Thanks Deals, you guys are the best and past my test with flying colors !!!!!!!!!!!
